Music, Frequency, and Healing goes into greater detail of the concepts learned in Kingdom Creativity. We continue to work on the things in our lives that keep us from stepping into our creative process. What are those things? Paradigms, life traumas, lies we've believed about ourselves, and... the list could go on forever. Anything that keeps us in a stationery place where we fear moving forward requires a paradigm shift in thinking.

If we choose to wallow in self-pity because of past traumas in our lives, it's going to be difficult to move forward from a place of freedom. How do we do this? We learn to forgive, see things from a heavenly perspective, and realize everything that's ever happened to us has a redemptive purpose. We'll need to let go of fear, anxiety, anger, and all their cuddle buddies as well.

For those who choose to continue with the Frequency Immersion Practitioner training, we must understand that if we're frustrated, upset, angry, or not in a good place, that's going to resonate to those around us. On the other hand, we can also "pick up and take in" what comes from those we spend time with. When we begin to walk in our true identity, what comes at us from others has less effect on us. At the same time, we aren't as bothered by the things in our past. Negative triggers are fewer and far between as we step into a greater level of maturity.

In a nutshell, as you go through Module 2, you'll dive into the deep concerning some of the technical details that make everything in music work as it relates to healing and wholeness. For those nerdy folks, you'll love this class. It's more of a balance to what you learned in Module 1, which was all about developing your creative piece.

The required reading is listed in the resources below. It's recommended that once you decide this is the class for you, go ahead and start purchasing the supplies listed in the resources. As a Frequency Immersion Practitioner (if you choose to accept that mission) there are several items you'll need by the time you begin Module 3.

  • A set of crystal singing bowls. Amazon has several sets available. Choose the concert pitch that works for you. There is no right or wrong set of frequencies. As you'll learn in this class, intent is as important as the actual frequency. A musical frequency is only 1/3 part of the healing recipe.
  • A myriad of percussion instruments to include drums, gongs, rattles, shakers, tongue drum, rain stick, sets of different types of sticks and mallets, chimes, etc.
  • If you're a musician, you can also use whatever instruments you have. There's nothing set in stone saying that you can only use percussion instruments. As an example, keyboard and guitar are highly helpful instruments in the sound bath process. Of course, we can't forget our "internal" instrument - the human voice.
  • Recording equipment and software to master files recorded from sound baths. We go over this in greater detail in Module 3.
  • A space where you can set up all your equipment whether that be your home or office.

Overview of each lesson:

  1. Lesson 1: Intention is 1/3 the recipe for healing music. A musical frequency is another 1/3 of the recipe as well. In this lesson, you learn more about how the two entrain and entangle to create a desired result. Wrong intentions breed a weaker frequency. We want power packed intent when we create healing music for anyone!
  2. Lesson 2: Frequency has a wide variety of meanings. In this lesson, we specifically look at how it relates to musical frequencies. What is it? How do we use it? What's the purpose?
  3. Lesson 3: Emotions affect everything we do. We see this in the music we listen to in that we'll choose music based on our mood at the time. We learn as "music creatives" to harness that and bring it into a healing intent.
  4. Lesson 4: Entrainment and Entanglement involves taking what we know, adding some power packed intent, and bringing that together as "one" through the actual frequencies we release. In a sense, we entrain and entangle with the musical frequency, our intent, and the delivery method - the instruments themselves.
  5. Lesson 5: Healing Powers of Music is a widely accepted concept. Over the last 20 or so years, research studies show the powers of music spiritually, emotionally, and physically. In the early 2000's, the NAMM Foundation did several research studies on the power of music. That will be a good Google search for you!
  6. Lesson 6: Musical Frequencies of the Hebrew Letters were "discovered" by Del in 2018. Although there are many theories about these frequencies, Del realized that everything in nature fits into patterns. Look for the patterns and you'll find the answers.
  7. Lesson 7: Harmonic Series is a natural pattern in nature. Here, we see it in musical frequencies and connect the dots in how it relates to the musical frequencies of the Hebrew letters.
  8. Lesson 8: Concert Pitch and Temperament are actually two different terms. Concert pitch refers to the overall tuning of an instrument. Temperament adjusts the distance between notes within any given scale. Temperament is set prior to "adjusting" concert pitch. Our current standard is A=440 concert pitch.
  9. Lesson 9: Musical Intervals can affect us emotionally. Behavioral scientists have learned how to use intervals and chords to alter people's emotions. The US government has even conducted studies on this topic! Here, we learn to understand how musical intervals can be used in a healing process.
  10. Lesson 10: Musical Notes all have properties themselves. We see this in the numbers - numerology, or gematria (Hebrew). When we look at the frequencies of the Hebrew letters, add in some intervals, and then focus on specific notes, we have three things working together like a three-stranded cord not easily broken. We'll see several layers of threes as we continue through the course.
  11. Lesson 11: Healing Music Recipe is like everything else in life - there are many layers to it. We think it's just a frequency, or a simple prayer, or an affirmation, or taking the right medications, etc. We learn to see health and wholeness includes a variety of protocols mixed together to form a strong healing bond. It's taking the entrainment and entanglement piece to another dimensional level of healing.
  12. Lesson 12: Moving Forward is all about taking a look where you plan to go from here. If you choose to apply for the Frequency Immersion Practitioner program, everything you've learned in the first two lessons is very important. If you choose not to move ahead, there's something else for you to do and everything you've learned here will help with that journey. That's something to think about as you walk through this course.

The required reading is listed in the resources section (see below).

It's recommended that you get the books listed in the resources and begin reading them before you start the course. That way, there's less homework to do during the course. Other than the book report, the questions below are NOT part of the class. This is part of the introduction (free to everyone) as preparation for being in the class.

  • Read Dr. Leaf's book first. You'll do a book report at the end so keep track of key things that stick out to you. Basically, you'll write up a synopsis of the book and what you learned from reading it. A page of type-written writing is all that's needed. This is more for you in learning how to make paradigm shifts.
  • Read Del's two books next. It's recommended that you do the suggested exercises. Be prepared to discuss some of the exercises in the monthly Zoom calls.
  • Begin reading Karol Truman's book.
  • Look for the things that negatively trigger you as you run across concepts that don't agree with your present paradigm. Journal and write down what bothers you. Can you identify and emotion? If so, write it (or them) down.
  • Begin to keep track of how negative triggers relate to one another.
  • Are there things from your past that are brought up that maybe you haven't worked through yet? Write those down.
  • After you've read all the books, go to the back of Karol Truman's book and read through all the physical illnesses she has listed. Each one that you have, write it down in your journal along with the emotional roots she's listed under that illness. We'll see how you're doing in the healing department with this list at the end of the class!

Weekly Assignments!

Every week, you'll be assigned a special reading from Del's book, Maturing as a Mystic: Workbook. We've gone through some of this in Module 1 but the goal with Module 2 is to activate you in the principles outlined in the book to assist you in walking in the "come-up-here" principle. We'll choose one chapter per month to "activate" in you on the Zoom calls.

If this doesn't yet make sense to you, consider going to YouTube and looking for Mike Parson's "Deep Calls to Deep" conference. He goes over many of these concepts and includes scriptures as well.
