Introduction

Frequency Immersion Practitioner Training

This course involves learning how to be a Frequency Immersion Practitioner using the methods created by Del Hungerford. The key for you is to bring your own individualized and creative process to the table. There are many pieces within this module that are yet to be fully explored because there are at least 12 layers of understanding! Only a few are used in the process of giving sound baths at this time but as we gain more revelation and understanding, more attributes of any additional layers can be incorporated. Those pieces may come from you!

You'll learn to use your own strengths as a practitioner while garnering from the wisdom of others who've gone before you. What Del brings to the table is the research piece. It's up to you to further explore and add your own "flavor" to that research. No two people will create a sound bath that's identical because it's all spontaneous. That being said, crystal bowls are a focus so they are considered a "staple" in the sound bath process. We all use additional instruments as part of our individual piece. If you're a vocalist, that will be a strength for you. Keyboard players, that may be your starting point where other pieces are added in. The possibilities are endless!

Now that you understand your creative piece a bit better and followed that up with some technical information, you're ready to bring your individual spices to the mix of the sound bath world. If you're still struggling with how to be creative, consider sitting with your instruments and practicing. Here are some tips to help as you prepare to take this class, or you simply want to bless others with the sounds that come from you.

Begin practicing your instruments at least an hour a day. Sit down and play what comes from your heart. Don't judge - just play.
If you're a singer, start writing songs that come from your heart. Don't think - just do it! Allow the music to flow from your spirit and not your head.
If you're new to percussion and crystal bowls, get some and learn how to play them. There are plenty of tutorials on YouTube that walk you through easy steps (percussion instruments mostly).
If you need a little assistance to get you started, put on Del's music on her YouTube channel and play along. Or, choose other music that floats your boat a bit better. The key here is to practice!
Invite friends over and "play over" them. With your intent, choose what you want to release. Allow people to sit and soak in what's coming from within you. Then, ask for feedback. You may pre-choose the intent or ask the group what they'd like to focus on. If there are words, the lyrics become the intent.
The key is... be led by your spirit! This is why we spent so much time bringing your creative piece out in Module 1!
Take the information from Module 2 and begin to find ways to include that in what you personally do. Grab some personal revelation from our Divine Creator and see what he has to add into your personal mix. Then, begin putting what you see, sense, hear, and feel into your musical healing recipe.

Lessons in Module 3

Lesson 1: Medical Disclaimers are important any time you have people come to you. There are different insurance requirements depending on if you touch customers or not. Here, we go into typical medical disclaimer forms that you cater to your specific needs.
Lesson 2: Music Intentions and Declarations is the lesson where you begin forming affirmations that are then sent out to customers once a sound bath is complete. This is a big assignment where you decide what various intentions are based on the research provided for you to look over.
Lesson 3: Properties of the Seven Spirits of God is the lesson we see how the seven spirits of God fit into the picture of twelve layers spoken of at the beginning of this introduction. At this time, we are only "noting" their position within the musical notes and continually receive greater revelation on their part of the process.
Lesson 4: Properties of Musical Intervals is another geeky lesson where you take research and make it your own. This is where you study musical intervals and how they affect the psyche. We can use this information with the intent of bringing greater healing into those who receive sound baths from us.
Lesson 5: Notes, Gematria, and Sacred Geometry is a rather large assignment where you look at the properties of lots of numbers and bring them into one document and then see how they all fit. From here, we create affirmations that are sent to recipients upon receiving their sound bath.
Lesson 6: Musical Themes and Affirmations is where you'll begin creating affirmations for your own customers.
Lesson 7: Properties of Musical Notes - part 2 is where you'll take all the information from the research on musical notes and come up with your own affirmations that can be included with sound baths that you send to recipients.
Lesson 8: Necessary Technical Supplies and Instruments covers the basics of what's needed to record a sound bath. If you're new to technology, you're given everything you need. If you're accomplished in this area, you may be able to help others, especially since equipment changes all the time.
Lesson 9: Recording Equipment and Instructions is where we go through the process of the various sounds and recorded tracks go into producing a sound bath. The goal is to make it quick and easy so you're not spending a ton of time mastering the files. Some of the music can be pre-recorded!
Lesson 10: Processing Sound Baths is where we start with the revelation Del received in how to present sound baths. Her idea is that customers should walk away with something that can be used on a daily basis. That can't happen if you go to a live session where you only hear the sounds one time. We look at it like a prescription where you take something and use it for a specified amount of time. This is why all sound baths are recorded and sent as an MP3 file to the recipient. There's paperwork that helps us through the process so we know which affirmations will work best for clients.
Lesson 11: Redemptive Gifts for Practitioners is one of those things in the beginning stages. We learn about them and note their properties. There's a test to take so you know what your redemptive gifts are as well.
Lesson 12: Frequency and Gematria Charts are provided for your future use. We discuss this information and keep it handy as we continue to do research. These are charts Del put together using a temperament other than "equal temperament." It's more closely related to what's in nature than what man created.

Frequency Immersion Practitioner Philosophy

Everyone needs to be a part of their own healing process. There are no quick fixes!
We want to give people something they can take home with them to practice. Whether someone comes to an in-person sound bath or they order it online, we want the experience to be the same for everyone.
Everyone who participates in a sound bath gets an MP3 audio file of the session.
We provide music specifically catered to the individual based on the crystal bowl notes they choose and what they share on the sign-up form.
We create affirmations as part of a "prescription for healing." Words create a powerful energetic flow. The affirmations are part of an individual's healing prescription. It puts the responsibility on the recipient to do something with what he/she receives from the practitioner.
People listen to the music until their "being" (spirit, soul, and body) wants something different.

Preparation Assignments for Module 3

To best prepare you for training to be a Frequency Immersion Practitioner, there are some things you can work on (and through) so you're "being" is in a good place for people to receive sound baths from you. Remember that energy flows between you and the recipient. What's on them is "available" to you if you choose to take it (usually unconsciously). On the other hand, what's on you can also be "embedded" into what you create.

We understand our healing journey is a process. As we walk through our own journey, there are things we can do to lessen the effect towards others that comes from the junk within us. As practitioners, we know we're getting closer when we're not drained of energy after giving a sound bath. Through our own experiences and practice in creating sound baths for others, we've found the following tidbits helpful. You're encouraged to continue working on this list as you prepare to become a Frequency Immersion Practitioner.

If anger, frustration, fear, anxiety, and some of their other cuddle buddies seem to frequently come to the forefront of your life, seek out some inner healing. There are resources at the back of Maturing as a Mystic.
Go back through both Module 1 and Module 2 and do any activations and assignments that were suggested but not required.
Activate yourself daily with several of the suggested "engaging exercises" from Maturity as a Mystic: Workbook.
Set aside daily time to meditate on the love of God, receiving his unconditional love into your being.
Focus on being consistent in what you do. If we're not consistent with things in life, it's going to be difficult doing this in business. As a Frequency Immersion Practitioner, you're running a personal business. Therefore, learn to be consistent.
Your word is your word. If you say you're going to do something, do it! This ties in with the consistent piece as well. If you find this is a struggle, go back to inner healing because something is holding you back in this area. Find out what that is, don't judge yourself, and seek assistance in working through it.
Learn to love yourself! You ARE the temple of the Holy Spirit which means that you can carry the love of our Divine Creator and release that to those around you. BE the temple and learn to respond to life from that position.
If you apply and aren't accepted into the program, it simply means we feel you're not ready yet. We're not rejecting you. If this is something you want, then keep working towards it! When the time is right, you'll be in the program. Ask yourself, "what can I learn from this?" and continue to move forward.
